Oouch!
Assalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuhu,
I have no clue why I’m writing on here. Oh well. To be clearer, I don’t even know what to write about. I could write those “spiritual uplifting” posts, but let me tell you, they will probably be the most ghetto-est posts ever.
On the other note, I’m not really an expressor, and neither do I intend on telling my innermost deepest darkest secrets to the World Wide Web. So to the all the gossips queens that know me, too bad cause you aint getting nothing. What should I write about…? Hmm…
Well I went to the doctor Tuesday, and I got four shots. Yes, FOUR. After avoiding a visit to the doctor for so long, this is what I get. One of my arms still sorta aches from it. Initially, I thought I only had to get one because my college has been emailing me about that tetanus shot. Turns out I needed shots for Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Tetanus, and the chicken pox one. Yeah, I guess I never got the chicken pox. I’ll be one of those last generation kids who never got the chicken pox and won’t either. For some reason, kids can tolerate the chicken pox much easier than adults. So I’d rather avoid it. But, Alhumdulillah that I am up-to-date and healthy.
And the day before that, I had a dentist appointment. I got a couple cavities. I’m telling you guys, it’s all those late night family parties. We come home so late. I don’t want to brush every corner of my teeth while my sleep is overcoming me. I don’t know if you guys know this, but gums don’t grow back! So if you lose them, you lose them. The dentist told me I’ve been brushing my teeth/gum area pretty aggressively. So there was some recession going on there. I didn’t really think it was that serious until I looked in the mirror and noticed it myself…yikes.
So a warning to you guys, brush your teeth calmly and take your time on it. From now on, I am really trying to keep up to it. I’m actually scared of brushing my teeth. Yeah, I really am. I was thinking about not brushing my teeth for a couple days…but then again my teeth will get all yellow with layers of food I’ve eaten and my cavities will get worse. Yuck.
I think that’s enough writing for now. Please keep me in your sincere duas.

I guess you couldn’t hide from the doctor long enough. Quite frankly, i enjoyed your post, to think about it i brush my teeth quite aggressively as well, so i guess your not alone. Anyways, it was nice talking to you after such a long time. It really got me thinking as where as time gone, has it really been three years? I am actually relieved you didn’t write about those sentimental, aspirational stories that make you feel bad for a minute or two, its the daily occurrences of our life in which we can alone learn abundant lessons from. So, I guess you’ll be having frequent visits from someone in new york so you better keep this page entertaining.

Yeah, it’s been three years man!! I sometimes can’t believe it either…
And, ur, just so you know, I DO brush my teeeeeeeth. And about the oh so popular facebook, we’ll see. I highly doubt it though.
